Scott Bohaboy is vice president of finance, strategy and M&A.  Scott joined Grane in 2023 following a 14-year career with Baxter International, a global medical products provider. He most recently served as Baxter’s senior vice president, treasurer, and head of finance for global business units and R&D.  His previous roles included corporate vice president, treasurer and investor relations, vice president – finance, international regions,  vice present – finance, Asia Pacific region, vice president - global financial planning and analysis, and vice president, finance - US. Medication Delivery.  Prior to joining Baxter, Scott held finance leadership roles in the Banking, Management Consulting and Retail sectors.  Scott earned his bachelor's degree in economics with a specialization in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
