Paul started sweeping the trucking docks when he was 11 year old.  From that time forward, and after doing every possible position each summer thereafter, he graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1993.

Today, Paul serves as EVP of The Grane Companies, and is a member of the Executive Board.  Paul’s responsibilities are helping create customer solutions, with a focus in major customer relationships, and leading the team to grow the Grane “Multi-Mode” Solution.  Paul is a former member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) Chicagoland Chapter, and also served for 11 years on the Phi Sigma Kappa Foundation, in the roles of Trustee, Treasurer, Vice President, and President.  His passions are serving Christian Ministries from education to rescuing children worldwide.  Paul also enjoys golf, good wine, Canadian fishing, and pheasant hunting.
