Allan joined Grane in 1994 and has been instrumental in driving the company’s long-term growth, operational stability, and commitment to service excellence. As a seasoned leader, he oversees the performance of all Grane entities and provides strategic direction across budgeting, insurance, and major company-wide initiatives. Under Allan’s leadership, Grane has continued to evolve—expanding its capabilities and impact—while remaining firmly rooted in the core values that have guided the business since its inception.

Allan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver. He has been a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) since 2004, where he continues to engage with a global network of business leaders committed to learning and leadership excellence.
